Hello Lovelies!
Here is this week’s Wish List… Spring/Summer is dropping in stores and the weather in Brisbane is following suit! Trans-seasonal items are the best investment pieces at the moment while the days can be warm or cool, and the nights are still cool. Cute camis can be paired with shorts or jeans and layered with a jacket for warmth when needed. What girl can go past a bit of sparkle? The gorgeous embellished jacket from Sportsgirl and sparkly glitter espadrilles from Next will add something special to every outfit they’re worn with.

Hello Lovelies!
Here is this week’s Wish List… I am already collating a list of the pieces that I will be investing in once Bub is here and I am in non-maternity clothes. Multi-purpose pieces that allow easy breastfeeding access and are forgiving for post-baby tummy are a must, and this gorgeous hued dress from Little Party Dress looks just perfect! The pretty print also camouflages lumps and bumps and the deeper buttoned neckline makes it perfect for bf. It’s definitely a hero piece and only needs some gorgeous tan accessories like easy to slide on (no hands!) sandals and a nice big tote that will fit all the extras I’ll now be carrying. Plus cute sunglasses, because eye bags are real in #MumLife!

Hello Lovelies!

I hope you loved last fortnight’s Play Date to Date Night blog, featuring the Rosie Biker Jacket from She Street.

This week I’m styling the ‘LBBD’ Little Black Breastfeeding Dress from MammaBelle. Super versatile, super comfy and easily taken from day to night, this one’s for you if you just can’t get enough of BLACK. Featuring elasticised side ruching from waist to hem, an exposed zip that opens to reveal a hidden breastfeeding panel and perfect length sleeves, this breastfeeding friendly dress is the perfect addition to your maternity wardrobe and beyond.

I love adding a chambray shirt over a maternity dress for an easy and effortless outfit. It covers any lumps and bumps, and adds a little warmth (I’m such a furnace that even though it’s Winter I rarely rug up!) and of course white kicks keep things fresh and my feet comfy!

Maternity Shoot with Family

Hello Lovelies!

Today I’m so excited to share with you some of the gorgeous photos from our maternity/family shoot with Kym Renay. Kym took newborn photos for Dianne (Mum Buns & Heels) and I’ve known ever since then that I wanted her to do our family photos and Bub’s newborn photos. Kym’s style is relaxed, candid and she has an amazing eye for photography, I’ve loved every single photo of hers that I’ve seen.

Hello Lovelies!

I hope you loved last fortnight’s Play Date to Date Night blog, featuring the Maddie Leopard Cardigan from She Street.

This week I’m styling the Rosie Biker Jacket from She Street. Yes I think it’s safe to say I’m currently having a love affair with She Street, but with affordable and gorgeous pieces AND fabulous customer service… why wouldn’t I?? I have a GIANT list of things I can’t wait to get once Bub arrives and I fit into non-maternity clothes! I fell in love with the Rosie Biker Jacket IMMEDIATELY. Pre-pregnancy I had maybe 3 different jackets, but they are the easiest way to change up maternity staples during a winter pregnancy so my collection has grown exponentially! The cropped length of biker jackets works well with my non-pregnancy shape, and also for all pregnant women so the Rosie caught my eye straight away. The embroidery on the sleeves sealed the deal and I had to have it!

I was a size 12 pre-pregnancy but with the weight gain that comes with growing another human I know tend to be a 12-14 but more a 14 with jackets as I put on weight around my bust and arms easily. I’m wearing the size 14 in the Rosie Biker Jacket and it fits incredibly comfortable (unzipped… there’s no zipping over this bump now!).

This Bohoo Maternity Dress was an absolute steal at $16.00 and combined with the Rosie Jacket looks a lot dressier and more expensive! Worn with white kicks, this is the perfect coffee or park outfit (and due to the dress length it doesn’t matter if you haven’t tanned your legs!).

Hello Lovelies!

Grab yourself a glass of champagne and get ready to meet the gorgeous Alex from MammaBelle Maternity! I had the pleasure of meeting Alex (and her two mini-me’s) when she asked me to model for her recent photoshoot, and it’s safe to say I think she’s amazing!

Hello Lovelies!

I hope you loved last week’s Play Date to Date Night blog, featuring the Style Me Luxe Off The Shoulder Top.

This week I’m styling the Maddie Leopard Cardigan from She Street. Incredibly soft and cozy, this stunning animal print cardigan is simply gorgeous to wear (and look at!). Don’t keep your cardigans just for day time, they can be dressed up for night too!

I have worn this gorgeous Cardigan with blue denim and grey dresses, but an all over monochrome outfit is something I truly adore. Keeping the rest of the outfit simple and chic in black and white (besides of pop of colour on the lips of course!) makes this a very easy outfit to pull together.
