This week’s Easter themed cocktail combines two of my favourite things… dark chocolate and mint! Choc mint is one of my favourite flavour combinations so of course I had to do a cocktail in theme, and to make it extra festive swap the glasses for Easter Bunny Chocolate Cups!

Ingredients
- 120mL Vok Creme de Cacao (white)
- 60mL Vok Creme de Menthe
- 60mL Absolut Vanilia Vodka
- 2 Cups Quality Vanilla Ice-cream
- 2 Dark Chocolate Easter Bunnies
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined
- Unwrap bunnies and check for any holes or cracks
- Fill the bunnies with the mint cocktail mix and add straws
- Makes 2
