If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen that Same Size Different Shape made a return last week in the form of a reel! Dianne and I had a blast creating a fun reel featuring some new release pieces from Betty Lane (forever one of my favourite people and businesses – and don’t forget my forever code with Tam CSVP15 for 15% OFF anytime you need a new piece of clothing that will make you feel amazing).

As a quick recap, Dianne & I are both a size 12 however Dianne is a pear shape and 158cm with D Cup while I am a hourglass shape and 165cm with E Cup.

First up is the beautiful Tangelo Midi Dress – Dianne & I are both wearing the size 14 which actually fits us both perfectly! I needed the extra room for the bust and Dianne appreciated the extra booty room {wink}. I’ve styled mine more causally with a cream fedora and white sneakers while Dianne has dressed hers up with a headband and wedges.

Next up is the Eden Cotton Dress in Dusty Rose (also available in Sage) we’re both in the size S/M and it’s a perfect fit! I personally am obsessed with the Eden and am sorely tempted to add the Sage version to my wardrobe! It’s lovely and soft and cool. I have belted in to acentuate my waist and paired with Barland Leather Flats from last season that I wear to DEATH! They are being restocked soon and honestly they’re the comfiest flats! Dianne has styled hers more casually with white sneakers and a cross body bag (which is an easy way to add shape if you don’t want to wear a belt, or just want a little bit of structure to a smock style).

Finally we have styled the Marlow Linen Pants in Natural (also available in Clay) size 12 and Oscar Tee in Musk (also available in Yellow, Grey & Navy) in size L (although we both could have stayed a M). I found the pleating/paperbag waistband really flattering on my mum tum and Dianne found that it gave her booty extra room too! I’ve twisted the front of the tee and tucked to draw attention to my waist and paired the outfit with white slides and a hairband. Dianne has tucked her tee and flounced it a little, the stripes balance out her lower half and the tan accessories go so well with the soft tones.

Which is your favourite piece?
