Today I’m bringing you a yummy Winter warmer! This is a staple meal in our household, so warm and filling and perfect for winter! Usually I make the sauce with grated carrot and zucchini but also use frozen vegetables when the cupboards are a bit bare!
375g Dried Pasta
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Tin Diced Tomatoes
350g Passata Sauce
425g Tinned Tuna (drained)
200g Frozen Peas
200g Frozen Corn
1/2 Cup Plain Flour
Preheat over to 180 Degree Celsius.
Pasta: Cook pasta according to packet.
Pasta Sauce: Mix together all ingredients.
White Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add flour and stir until bubbling. Remove from heat and slowly add milk until smooth. Return to heat and stir continuously until sauce thickens.
In a heatproof dish layer pasta, pasta sauce and white sauce then top with grated cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
