In an effort to sort my isolation snacking out and have healthy ‘treats’ on hand to help curb the sugar cravings I whipped up these super easy and really high in protein Choc Chip Nutty Protein Balls the other day, they’re perfect with a cup of tea or your nightly Adrenal Switch (especially hot chocolate!).
INGREDIENTS:
1 Serve (36g) Switch Nutrition Vanilla Bean Protein Switch CODE CSVP10 = 10% OFF
200g Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
150g Almond Flour/Meal
50g Noshu Sugar Free Choc Chips
Pinch of Sea Salt
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together, divide mixture into 12 even balls, roll and refrigerate! It’s that easy!
Each ball is only 158 calories and has 7.5g Protein, 2.7g Carbs, and 1.3g Sugar.
