Happy Sunday Lovelies!
I’m excited to bring you another Same Size Different Shape, this time showcasing some gorgeous dresses from Proud Poppy Clothing! Tara stocks a great range of clothing from jeans to jumpers, dresses and tops… all with dressing women functionally and flatteringly in mind!
As a quick recap, Dianne & I are both a size 12 however Dianne is a pear shape and 158cm while I am a rectangle shape and 165cm. PLUS I have a CODE CSVP15 for 15% OFF you too!
The first piece we’re styling is this colourful Miami Dress. Available in sizes S to XL it’s a very generous fit. We’re both in the 12/M however could have sized down to the Small. Dianne chose to accentuate her waist with a tan belt, while I styled mine with white kicks and a denim jacket for a more casual look.
Although a different print the Rayni Dress is the same style, available in sizes S to XL it’s true to size. We’re both in the 12/M which fits perfectly. The gorgeous prints don’t need much styling so Dianne kept hers simple with some wedges and styled mine with a headband and tan flats. So easy to dress up or down!
A little mix up means we got creative with these dresses! Two photos instead of one. The black dress is the Amber (and is also available in pink, khaki and leopard print) a gorgeous linen blend and extremely flattering dress, we’re in the 12 and it’s true to size. Available in sizes 8 to 16, Dianne styled hers with tan ankle boots, while I added a hat and leopard flats. Once again a dress that is easy to dress up or down! The floral dress is the Esme Dress (available in sizes 6 to 14) and quite a relaxed fit, if you have a smaller bust you could size down). Dianne has again accentuated her waist with a belt (a great tip for pear shapes so you don’t get overwhelmed with a maxi dress length) and tan flats, while I have dressed mine up with simple black heels and a headband.
Proud Poppy Clothing has a huge range of styles, something for everyone! Which was your favourite from our try-ons?
