Hi Lovelies!
I have been working on reducing the weekly grocery list, without reducing taste! I’ll be bringing you really simple dinners that not only cost next to nothing but take you almost no time to throw together as well!
These are Aldi products and pricing, but you can find similar in other supermarkets on sale or home brands.
Cook up the entire packet of pasta (I keep some aside for Bebe’s school lunch as he loves plain pasta), drain and pop back into your pot and add the frozen spinach (you can defrost first but I find that it defrosts after a bit of stirring). Add the pasta sauces and pop into a bakeware dish. Cook covered for 20 mins on 180 Degrees Celsius (16 Fan forced), uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters and top once served.
I also add sausages to beef it up a bit more (pardon the pun), 4 sausages only adds another $1.67 to the total cost of the meal!
Simple, filling, satisfying, tasty and cheap!
I hope you found that helpful, let me know if you make it!
