Bebe loves Bliss Balls but with schools now being nut-free it can be tricky creating ones that he will love and are suitable for his lunch box. Here’s a recipe I created using chia seeds instead of nuts that are a super yummy, super-food packed treat perfect for adults and kids alike!
12 Medjool Dates (pitted)
100g Dried Apricots
100g Chia Seeds (dry)
100g Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
2 Serves Protein Powder (I use Nature’s Way Natural Protein which has no flavour and is great for cooking with).
25mL Agave Syrup (optional – if you don’t like sweet then leave out)
Yields 40 Bliss Balls
