Hello Lovelies!
I hope you loved last fortnight’s Play Date to Date Night blog, featuring the Maddie Leopard Cardigan from She Street.
This week I’m styling the Rosie Biker Jacket from She Street. Yes I think it’s safe to say I’m currently having a love affair with She Street, but with affordable and gorgeous pieces AND fabulous customer service… why wouldn’t I?? I have a GIANT list of things I can’t wait to get once Bub arrives and I fit into non-maternity clothes! I fell in love with the Rosie Biker Jacket IMMEDIATELY. Pre-pregnancy I had maybe 3 different jackets, but they are the easiest way to change up maternity staples during a winter pregnancy so my collection has grown exponentially! The cropped length of biker jackets works well with my non-pregnancy shape, and also for all pregnant women so the Rosie caught my eye straight away. The embroidery on the sleeves sealed the deal and I had to have it!
I was a size 12 pre-pregnancy but with the weight gain that comes with growing another human I know tend to be a 12-14 but more a 14 with jackets as I put on weight around my bust and arms easily. I’m wearing the size 14 in the Rosie Biker Jacket and it fits incredibly comfortable (unzipped… there’s no zipping over this bump now!).
PLAY DATE:
This Bohoo Maternity Dress was an absolute steal at $16.00 and combined with the Rosie Jacket looks a lot dressier and more expensive! Worn with white kicks, this is the perfect coffee or park outfit (and due to the dress length it doesn’t matter if you haven’t tanned your legs!).

DATE NIGHT:
All black for date night! The black on black on black is lifted and made even more amazing (I do love black) with the gorgeous embroidery on the Rosie Biker Jacket. While Black ankle boots would really take this outfit up a notch I’ve reached the stage of no return with shoes… I’m in kicks or uggs and that’s about it! BUT I did purchase the Leather version of the Ballet Slips for my *going out* kicks… how’s that for love LOL!
